This is an object that has very little to offer in terms of useful functions :-), but it is very relaxing to look at, in my opinion ;-).
The round bottom disk occasionally rotates back and forth along with the structure attached on top of it as the photos and videos show. The clockface on top rotates in its own rhythm, sometimes clockwise and sometimes counterclockwise. This causes an intriguing effect, especially when the two rotations are opposite.
